Use of the App
You agree to use Aionos in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse the service. You are responsible for any content you create or upload using the app.
Payments and Sparks
Aionos uses a pay-as-you-go model. You may purchase Sparks (credits) through the applicable app store to fund your balance and pay only for what you use. Pricing and availability are shown in the app stores. Taxes may apply. Credits may be subject to store terms and are generally non-transferable.
Intellectual Property
Aionos and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own creations made with the app.
User Content and Storage
To provide the service, your uploads and generated images may be processed by our systems or trusted providers. For your privacy, these images are deleted from our storage immediately after the generation process completes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Aionos is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Account Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting support. Upon deletion, we remove personal data associated with your account except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records).
