Pay‑As‑You‑Go and Sparks
Aionos does not require a subscription. You can add balance by purchasing Sparks (credits) and pay only for what you use. Purchase records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support.
Data Retention and Deletion
For your privacy, images you upload and outputs generated are deleted from our storage immediately after the generation process completes. Limited operational logs and purchase records may be retained for a period necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time from within the app or by contacting support. Upon deletion, we remove personal data associated with your account except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records).
